The brain and spinal cord receive nutrition and process metabolic wastes through the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid. This fluid circulates in the hollow chamber in the brain and spinal cord as you breathe. The cranial bones (bones of the skull) have joints called “sutures” where motion must occur during this process. Various factor can interrupt this process, leading to headaches, migraine, fatigue, “foggy headed thinking”, and more. I use my hands and fingers, and also the G5 GK3 percussor to introduce proper motion to the cranial sutures, so blockages in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid are improved. Clients find the process to be blissful, relaxing, and transformative. Furthermore, we hold stress and tension in the muscles of the skull, scalp, and face, and releasing this tension is a liberating experience. It just feels great!
